    • Our Mission

Our mission is to bridge all recovery pathways in Oregon through a central hub, connecting individuals to the services and people that are prepared to support them in their journey.

      The RNO Story

In March 2020 Oregon Recovers, a statewide recovery advocacy movement, launched the Oregon Recovery Network to address the overnight disappearance of recovery resources due to COVID-19.

Learn more about how Oregon Recovers is working to end the addiction crisis.

    • A Focus on Marginalized Communities

With vastly different experiences and access across Oregon’s many communities, we wanted to make sure everyone could see themselves in these tools. The site was created with accessibility, understanding, and sensitivity in mind.

    • Supporting the Behavioral Health Resource Networks

Measure 110 decriminalized drug use in Oregon and sought to treat substance use disorders through health services instead of through the justice system.

Behavioral Health Resource Networks (BHRNs) are local service teams in each county, created to offer comprehensive care to individuals seeking support.

We worked with BHRNs across Oregon in a 16-week planning committee that helped inform the structure and definitions used throughout this directory.

    • Room to Grow

Public health challenges do not respect state lines. We envision offering a framework for a nationwide group of Recovery Networks, enabling other communities to leverage their resources in a way that is transparent to all.
